As the Senior Graphic Designer at Oneplan Insurance, you will play a key role in leading and shaping the visual expression of the Oneplan brand across digital and print platforms. You will be responsible for translating marketing strategies and campaign briefs into high-quality, on-brand creative that strengthens brand recognition and drives business growth.

Working closely with the marketing, digital, product, and compliance teams, you will ensure all creative output is visually compelling, strategically aligned, and compliant with industry requirements. This role requires a strong balance of creative leadership, technical expertise, brand stewardship, and commercial awareness.

You will contribute to maintaining and elevating design standards across all Oneplan communications while continuously seeking opportunities to refine and strengthen the brand’s visual presence.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Execution

  • Interpret and translate Oneplan Insurance’s marketing and brand strategy into compelling visual concepts.
  • Lead the design execution for integrated campaigns across digital, social media, web, email, and print.
  • Ensure strong visual consistency across all touchpoints in line with Oneplan’s brand identity and guidelines.
  • Contribute creative input during campaign planning, product launches, and strategic marketing sessions.

Brand Development & Design Systems

  • Maintain and evolve the Oneplan visual identity and design system.
  • Develop and refine brand guideline documents and internal templates.
  • Ensure all creative outputs reflect Oneplan’s tone of voice, audience focus, and business objectives.
  • Support brand rollouts, product updates, and internal brand alignment initiatives.

Digital & Social Design

  • Design creative assets for social media (organic and paid), website content, landing pages, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimise visuals for performance, engagement, and conversions.
  • Adapt and resize creative assets for different digital platforms and placements while maintaining brand consistency.

Print & Production

  • Design print-ready artwork including brochures, policy documents, presentations, signage, event materials, and marketing collateral.
  • Prepare artwork according to professional print specifications (CMYK, bleed, crop marks, resolution).
  • Liaise with printers and suppliers where required to ensure quality output aligned with brand standards.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with marketing, product, compliance, and management teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Present creative concepts and explain design rationale to internal stakeholders.
  • Incorporate feedback constructively while maintaining strong creative integrity and brand consistency.

Workflow & Quality Control

  • Manage multiple design projects and deadlines within the Oneplan marketing pipeline.
  • Maintain organised design files, templates, and version control systems.
  • Ensure all creative work meets Oneplan’s quality standards, compliance requirements, and timelines.
