Grants Manager Jobs in Home Based at Yellow Harbour

We are a specialist grant outsourcing company supporting charities and not-for-profit organisations. We operate in a structured, process-driven manner, managing a high volume of live funding applications on behalf of our clients.

The Role

Initial 6-month Contract (probation) which based on successful execution will turn into 3-year contract

You will:

  • Lead and manage a live portfolio of grant applications for Ireland-based clients
  • Oversee and quality-control remote grant writers to ensure consistent, submission-ready standards
  • Maintain tight control of deadlines, pipeline tracking and workflow
  • Engage directly with clients in a structured and commercially aware manner
  • Use AI and digital tools intelligently to improve efficiency and quality
  • Write grants for a number of direct clients

The Ideal candidate

  • Exceptional written English and editorial judgement
  • A proven track record of writing and securing grant funding
  • Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills
  • Practical experience using AI within a professional setting
  • High levels of organisation, autonomy and accountability

Experience in the not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential. What matters most is clarity of thinking, strength of writing and disciplined execution.

Remuneration dependent of level of relevant experience.

Pay: R18 000,00 – R28 000,00 per month
