Grants Manager Jobs in Home Based at Yellow Harbour
We are a specialist grant outsourcing company supporting charities and not-for-profit organisations. We operate in a structured, process-driven manner, managing a high volume of live funding applications on behalf of our clients.
The Role
Initial 6-month Contract (probation) which based on successful execution will turn into 3-year contract
You will:
- Lead and manage a live portfolio of grant applications for Ireland-based clients
- Oversee and quality-control remote grant writers to ensure consistent, submission-ready standards
- Maintain tight control of deadlines, pipeline tracking and workflow
- Engage directly with clients in a structured and commercially aware manner
- Use AI and digital tools intelligently to improve efficiency and quality
- Write grants for a number of direct clients
The Ideal candidate
- Exceptional written English and editorial judgement
- A proven track record of writing and securing grant funding
- Experience managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Practical experience using AI within a professional setting
- High levels of organisation, autonomy and accountability
Experience in the not-for-profit sector is desirable but not essential. What matters most is clarity of thinking, strength of writing and disciplined execution.

Remuneration dependent of level of relevant experience.
Pay: R18 000,00 – R28 000,00 per month
