GRADUATE INTERNSHIP -LEGAL INTERN

The purpose of this role is to fully support the Legal Department in the execution of its mandate.

THE KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS OF THE ROLE IN FOCUS ARE:

The KPAs for the legal intern are as follows:

1.1. Manage the legal mailbox and attend to all legal queries on a timely basis;

1.2. Manage legal consultations both internally and externally;

1.3. Draft Contracts, addendums, legal opinions, and other correspondence on behalf of the Legal Department and TCTA

1.4. Provide inputs to all governance, risk, and compliance reports related to the Legal Department

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• LLB Degree
