Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Graduate Cost Consultant, with flexibility for some work from home. The responsibilities include assisting in cost planning, preparing feasibility studies, managing budgets, and providing commercial insights to optimise project outcomes. The candidate will also support cost reporting, tender evaluations, and contract administration while working closely with clients and the project team.
Qualifications
- Competence in Cost Planning, Cost Management, and Commercial Management
- Experience or knowledge in conducting Feasibility Studies and providing analysis
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing project costs and decision-making
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools is an advantage
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (required)
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to dynamic project needs
