The Role
We are seeking a Graduate Analyst – Programme Delivery, Strategy & Insights to support programme delivery, strategic reporting, research and policy input across key company initiatives.
This role is designed for a graduate or early-career analyst who is interested in how technology, cyber security, risk, strategy, policy and business delivery come together to support organisational growth.
The successful candidate will help translate research, policy developments, programme activity and emerging technology opportunities into clear insights, practical use cases and periodic reporting for leadership, managers and strategic technology partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support programme delivery across strategic technology, risk, policy and intelligence workstreams
- Conduct research and policy analysis to inform company priorities, programme planning and stakeholder engagement
- Help research domain risks, translate research and emerging insights into practical use cases, recommendations and delivery updates
- Prepare periodic programme reports, briefing notes, trackers and presentation materials for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Monitor progress against programme goals, milestones, risks, actions and strategic objectives
- Support coordination across teams, including research, product, strategy, technology, operations and leadership
- Use GenAI tools responsibly to support research, summarisation, analysis, reporting and content development
- Maintain clear documentation, research logs, source records, reporting templates and programme trackers
- Contribute to strategic partner updates and materials that communicate progress, priorities and impact

We are looking for a graduate or early-career candidate with a strong analytical mindset and an interest in cyber security, programme delivery, strategy, insights and technology-led transformation.
This role would suit a self-starter who enjoys working with complex information, deep analysis, identifying key themes, and turning research or programme activity into clear outputs for decision-makers.

- Confidence using digital tools, documents, spreadsheets, presentations and online research tools
Advantageous Skills and Experience
- Degree, certification or coursework in business, economics, finance, data, policy, law, cybersecurity, technology, mathematics, statistics, social sciences or a related field
- Numerate background or comfort working with data, metrics and structured reporting
- Experience using GenAI models or AI productivity tools for research, analysis, drafting or summarisation
- Experience producing reports, dashboards, briefing notes, essays, policy summaries or strategy documents
- Familiarity with programme delivery, project coordination, business analysis or risk management
- Interest in AI governance, digital risk, strategic technology partnerships or innovation-led product development
