Main purpose of the job
Graduate placements provide learners with the opportunity to gain on-the job exposure in the field of Business Process Analysis.

- To gain exposure in preparing business and functional requirement documents
- To gain experience to obtain approval for user stories
- To gain exposure in creating Wikis (Technical Functional Specification) and user stories from MVP features.
- To proactively identify areas of improvement and innovation
- To create synergy with multiple stakeholders
- To assist in risk assessment and management
- To comply with PPECB’s policies and procedures
- To adhere to defined and approved processes and methodologies
Requirements
Qualifications
(Essential)
- Completed 3-year national qualification in ICT or related discipline
Relevant certifications in Business Analysis
Experience
- No experience is required since it is aimed at unemployed graduates
Technical Skills/ Functional Skills

- Computer literacy e.g. Microsoft 365
Business process mapping tools e.g. visio
