We run our own CSS, we have proprietary tracking infrastructure, and we operate with frameworks most agencies haven't built yet.
Our team is small, fully remote, and extremely good at what they do.
The Role
We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist who knows the platform inside out — someone who can take full ownership of high-spend e-commerce accounts and deliver results consistently.
You'll manage your own client portfolio from day one. You'll work on accounts with serious budgets across competitive e-commerce verticals. And you'll be part of a team that's actively building the best Google Ads framework in Europe.
This is not a role for someone who wants to execute checklists. It's for someone who thinks deeply about strategy, obsesses over data, and genuinely loves Google Ads.
What You'll Be Working On
- Managing and optimizing Google Ads accounts for e-commerce clients across Europe
- Building campaign structures across Search, Shopping, Performance Max & Demand gen
- Working with Merchant Center — feed optimization, diagnostics, product segmentation
- Owning client performance — ROAS, revenue, scaling strategies
- Collaborating on the development of Thyssen Ads' internal Google Ads framework
- Staying ahead of Google Ads changes and bringing new ideas to the team
What We're Looking For
Google Ads — this is your craft:
- You have serious hands-on experience with Search, Shopping, demand gen and Performance Max — and a strong opinion on when/how to use each
- You've managed large monthly ad spend (€20,000–€100,000+/mo) and know how to scale without breaking performance
- You know Merchant Center properly — feed structure, diagnostics, custom labels, and how to use it as a competitive advantage
E-commerce is your world:
- You've worked with large e-commerce clients and you understand what actually moves the needle
- You segment Shopping campaigns with purpose, not just because it's best practice
- You think in full funnels — from first click to repeat purchase
You understand the technical side:
- You're confident with GA4 and conversion tracking — you notice when something's off before the client does
- You understand the difference between client-side and server-side tracking and why it matters
- Data is your default

- You own your accounts — the wins and the problems
