What You’ll Do

  • Produce high‑quality gluten‑free baked goods consistently
  • Follow recipes with precision and maintain strict quality standards
  • Assist with product development and new recipe testing
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of gluten‑free baking experience (non‑negotiable)
  • Strong understanding of gluten‑free ingredients, textures, and techniques
  • Passion for baking and natural foods
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, positive team player
