Our client in Sandton is looking for a Global Concierge to deliver personalised travel support, manage guest experiences, and coordinate seamless journeys for international clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities (5)
Provide end-to-end concierge support pre, during, and post travel
Communicate with guests, partners, and internal teams daily
Proactively sell and tailor travel experiences
Resolve guest issues and ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain strong product and destination knowledge

Qualifications (5)
Matric required; tertiary qualification advantageous
Minimum 4 years travel consultant or concierge experience
Experience in tour operations or lodge environments
Knowledge of travel systems (Tourplan, WETU advantageous)
Strong understanding of Southern Africa destinations

Key Skills (5)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong multitasking and problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Relationship management and client-focused mindset
