We are currently hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international customer support team based in Umhlanga.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional customer support via phone, email, or chat

Assist with inquiries, orders, returns, and general account support

Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high service quality

Accurately document interactions in internal systems

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements

German language proficiency between B2 and C2 level (written & spoken)

Good command of English for internal communication

Matric / Grade 12 qualification (essential)

Previous customer service or call centre experience is advantageous

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working rotational shifts (including weekends if required)
