Position Description
As a Geothermal Supervisor/Senior Operator at ADA, you will be responsible for supervising and operating geothermal equipment and processes on drilling projects. Your duties will include the technical and operational management of daily activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and optimizing project results. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the metropolitan area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in geothermal supervision and operations, including managing field teams.
- Strong skills in air drilling, the use of aerated fluids, and foam drilling systems.
- Practical knowledge of Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) and Underbalanced Drilling (UBD), desirable.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in complex operational environments.
- A technical degree or relevant experience in engineering, oil and gas, or renewable energy will be considered a plus.
- Applicants must be EU nationals or have unrestricted legal authorization to work in Spain.
