Job Description
To ensure daily stacking of bread on site
Key Responsibilities
- Stack crates with bread from transfer cages
- Follow pipeline stacking sequence
- Attend daily invocoms
- Ensure that quality bread is packed correctly on trays
- Report back on stacking related matters to warehouse supervisors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all Company rules and procedures
- Ensure optimal Efficiencies
- Administration and record control
- SOP's, hygiene and housekeeping
- Food Safety
- Health & Safety
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12 with numerical skills
Experience Requirements
- At least 1-2 years’ bakery industry experience in a similar position in the FMCG environment
Other Requirements
- Pressurised environment
- Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as per roster
- Required to work on a rotational shift basis and overtime where required
- Will be required to work until last truck is completed in Despatch
