Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Site Accountant with a construction background, based in Marsa Matrouh. The General Site Accountant will manage financial accounting and reporting specific to construction projects. Responsibilities include processing invoices, preparing budgets, tracking expenses, auditing project costs, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Collaboration with project managers and other stakeholders is essential for accurate financial documentation and reporting.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Deliver the wages of temporary labor at the project site.
- Coordinate between the project requirements and the finance department.
- Deliver contractors’ checks for the project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze, organize, and classify the site accountant’s petty cash advances, and settle them properly after ensuring all required documents and signatures are complete.
- Follow up on subcontractors’ checks and deliver them at the project after they are signed.
- Responsible for distributing temporary labor wages at the project site in coordination with the Project Manager, ensuring that all required signatures (Project Manager and recipient) and documents are available (copies of workers’ ID cards and attendance sheets showing attendance, absence, and workplace).
- Participate in sudden and periodic inventory counts of the warehouses.
- Coordinate between the project’s requirements and the finance department.
