Magen Security Services is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee operations, ensure compliance, and drive business growth within the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, client relations, and overall operational performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily security operations and site performance
- Manage supervisors, control room, and security personnel
- Ensure compliance with **PSiRA regulations
- Handle client relationships and service delivery
- Manage incident reporting and investigations
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures
- Oversee scheduling, payroll inputs, and workforce management
- Drive business development and client retention
- Ensure firearm compliance (where applicable)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
- Valid PSiRA Grade A registration
- Minimum 5+ years management experience in the security industry
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Knowledge of South African labour laws
- Experience in control room operations
- Valid driver’s license
- Firearm competency (advantageous)
