Your Mission
As our General Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the gym the person who ensures every member feels motivated, every staff member feels supported, and the business continues to grow and thrive.

- Creating exciting monthly campaigns that keep the community engaged and buzzing
Who You Are
You’re not just a manager you’re a leader, a motivator, and a people person.
You bring:
- Proven experience managing operations (fitness industry experience will set you apart!)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to energize and guide a team
- A qualification in Business, Fitness, or Sports Management
- 2–3 years of management experience (preferably within a gym environment)
- First Aid/CPR certification (an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills—you connect easily with people
- A natural drive for sales, growth, and achieving targets
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
- A genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others succeed
