GENERAL MANAGER JOB VACANCY
NKK Express is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations, drive performance, and help move our business forward.
Education: A Master's degree (MBA) or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Finance, or Economics.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ senior executive or operational leadership experience
Skills:
✔ Proven leadership and management experience
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience in transport/logistics is an advantage
✔ Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions
✔ Computer literate and organized
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff and company performance
• Ensure efficient fleet and route management
• Drive business growth and customer satisfaction
