Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations with a hands-on approach
- Train, and mentor staff to maintain top-tier service standards
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the executive team to implement new initiatives and drive growth
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in restaurant experience, with 2+ years in a senior position
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with inventory systems, GAAP POS, and scheduling tools
- Proven ability to improve service, operations, and financial performance
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Strong FOH skills
