Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment safely and efficiently
- Support team members in maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Operate basic tools and machinery as required, following safety protocols at all times
- Prepare work sites by setting up necessary supplies and ensuring safety measures are in place
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and on schedule
- Help with inventory management by sorting, counting, and recording supplies or products
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all safety guidelines to promote a secure workplace
Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
- Good communication skills to understand instructions and collaborate with team members
- Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability as core values
- Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, or machinery used in general labor roles (nice-to-have)
