Our client in Pretoria East is looking for an General Foreman for a project
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 10 Years Experience
- Post-Matric industry qualifications, certificates, and NQF-related (building/construction) training will be advantageous
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (additional ethnic languages advantageous)
- Must have experience in Multi Storey Concrete Structures, Setting out and Vertical Controls of High Rise Buildings and Quality Control
- Full knowledge of all wet trades
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC Etc
- General Knowledge on all Specialist Trades
- Good Communication Skills with Foreman Subcontractors and Labour Force
- Must be able to take projects from foundation to Key handover
- Monitor safety and compliance on-site according to OHS
- Act and Company Safety Standards
- Coordinate plant and equipment
- Compiling Short Term programs to ensure the project stays on track according to the construction program
