Job Opportunity: Site Foreman
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Site Foreman to oversee daily operations, manage a small team, and ensure our projects are completed to a high standard. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and has a solid background in residential maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Management: Transport the team to various sites and ensure everyone is on task.
- Logistics: Manage vehicle administration, including accurate logging of usage.
- Customer Relations: Act as the primary point of contact on-site, communicating progress and addressing client queries professionally.
- Quality Control: Oversee structural and maintenance tasks to ensure work meets company standards.
- Promote business: Acquire new business to secure monthly bonus.
Requirements
- Matric
- Experience: Proven experience in home maintenance or general construction.
- Communication: Must be fluent in English with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Transport: Must have own reliable transport to get to and from work.
- Leadership: Ability to lead a team effectively and keep projects on schedule.
- Traits: Punctual, honest, and highly organized.
- Valid South African driver’s licence is a must. (PDP Advantageous)
- We are a ZERO tolerance company when it comes to alcohol.
