Role Description
This is a contract, remote role for a General Dentist. The General Dentist will provide virtual consultations, diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients, and guide them on oral health practices. The role also involves providing expert advice for personalized care, supporting patients with proper oral hygiene education, and coordinating necessary referrals for procedures that require in-person visits.
Qualifications
- A valid dental practitioner’s license with demonstrated expertise in general dentistry
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities
- Excellent communication skills to provide remote consultations and explain treatment plans effectively
- Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for providing patient care
- Commitment to patient-centered care, with cultural sensitivity and empathy
- Strong organizational and time management skills for remote work
- Previous telehealth experience is an advantage but not required
- Fluency in English and Swahili is highly preferred
