Gas Station Manager

Start Point Corp is seeking a Gas Station Manager with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing Operations Team.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage daily station operations efficiently while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the gas station and ensure smooth workflow.

• Supervise staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

• Monitor fuel stock levels and coordinate replenishment.

• Prepare daily and periodic reports on sales and operations.

• Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to financial procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the station.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Gas Stations or Retail is preferred).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

• High level of commitment and adherence to rules and schedules.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
