We are looking for passionate, energetic, and experienced retail professionals to join this exciting new journey.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a G-SHOCK CASIO Store Salesperson, based in the City of Cape Town. Responsibilities include assisting customers, delivering excellent customer service, promoting and selling G-SHOCK watches and other CASIO products, maintaining the presentation and organization of the store, and supporting colleagues with product training and queries. The Salesperson will also handle general store administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers effectively and professionally
- Experience in Retail Sales with a proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets
- Good Organization Skills to manage store operations and maintain a clean and organized environment
- Ability to provide Training to team members on product features and specifications
- Passion for watches and technology is a plus
- Matric plus experience in Jewellery or Watch sales
- Previous Jewellery or Watch retail experience is advantageous
