Our client is a rapidly growing Fintech Company dedicated to simplifying the complexities of high-value, cross-border payments. They are looking for a Sales Executive to take full ownership of the sales cycle. This is a deeply entrepreneurial role where you will be building and managing your own book of business, acting as a strategic partner to clients who need fast, secure, and hassle-free global transfers.

Who we are looking for?

  • You are experienced at selling FX products in a cross-border context.
  • You have worked with both fiat currencies and stablecoins.
  • You're capable of onboarding and managing liquidity partners.
  • You possess an Entrepreneurial Mindset, eager to take ownership of your territory and treat your client portfolio like your own business.
  • You have 3–5 years of experience in business development or relationship management, specifically within fintech, banking, FX, or payments.
  • You are a Networked Professional with an existing, strong network of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and corporate decision-makers in Nigeria.
  • You possess a Deep Understanding of FX and financial products, allowing you to speak confidently about market trends and cross-border transaction mechanics.
  • You are capable of navigating complex negotiations and building long-term trust with premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Acquisition

  • You will identify and onboard new clients, specifically focusing on HNIs and businesses with significant cross-border payment needs.
  • You will develop lead generation strategies, leveraging partnerships, referrals, and direct market outreach to maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • You will acquire new business by articulating the value of the platform's speed, security, and ease of use.

Relationship & Portfolio Management

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact, building deep relationships to ensure long-term client loyalty and repeat business.
  • You will collaborate with Treasury and Operations teams to ensure that high-value transactions are executed seamlessly and meet client expectations.
  • You will deliver a premium experience, proactively communicating market shifts and resolving any procedural hurdles with speed and professionalism.

Revenue Growth & Strategy

  • You will achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly targets, tracking your performance through clear sales metrics.
  • You will contribute to the global growth strategy by providing feedback on market needs and competitor offerings.
  • You will mentor junior team members, helping to scale the sales function as the company grows.

What Success Looks Like…

  • Consistently maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified corporate and HNI leads that convert at a high rate.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue and transaction volume targets.
  • Maintaining a high rate of repeat transactions from onboarded clients through excellent relationship management.
  • You will achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly targets, tracking your performance through clear sales metrics.

To be considered for this role you should have…

  • 3–5 years in sales, business development, or account management (Fintech/Banking/FX/Payments preferred).
  • A proven track record and existing network of HNIs or corporate clients.
  • Deep understanding of financial products, FX, and cross-border payment regulations and mechanics.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule and thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced setting.
