Responsible for selling high-end furniture solutions to private clients, architects, and interior designers. The role focuses on understanding client requirements, advising on suitable products and finishes, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to order completion.
This position requires strong product knowledge, disciplined sales execution, and the ability to manage client expectations in a premium environment. The role combines active selling, account management, and internal coordination to ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with brand standards.
You will be accountable for achieving sales targets, maintaining healthy margins, and building long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value clients, including homeowners, architects, interior designers, and developers.
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, spatial requirements, and budget expectations.
- Present furniture collections, materials, finishes, and customization options with confidence and precision.
- Welcome new prospective clients at the showroom.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations aligned with brand standards and pricing policies.
- Coordinate with design, production, and technical teams to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and timely delivery of orders.
- Manage accounts from initial inquiry through contract signing, production follow-up, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Actively identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the luxury design ecosystem.
- Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and client feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets while maintaining brand integrity and premium positioning.
- Ensure CRM systems and sales records are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury furniture sales, high-end interiors, or premium lifestyle products.
- Strong understanding of furniture construction, materials, finishes, and customization processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Polished personal appearance and professional demeanour aligned with a luxury brand image.
- Ability to build trust with high-net-worth individuals and design professionals.
- Commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and margin control.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in English preferred
