Key Responsibilities
Source and mobilize funds from individuals, businesses, associations, and institutional clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing investors.
Promote the company's savings, investment, and wealth-building products.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Meet and exceed assigned fund mobilization targets.
Conduct presentations and financial product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Provide exceptional customer relationship management and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of client engagements and transactions.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in fund mobilization, deposit mobilization, wealth management, banking, investment advisory, business development, or related financial services roles.
Strong network of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, corporate organizations, and potential investors is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong understanding of financial products and investment principles.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines.
