SUMMARY:
Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer
Backend‑Led | Enterprise Platforms | Cloud‑Native
This role is for engineers who want to build systems that matter.
We’re looking for a Senior Full‑Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to take ownership of mission‑critical platforms operating within complex, global enterprise environments. You’ll be trusted to shape solutions end‑to‑end technically, architecturally, and collaboratively while mentoring others and setting engineering standards.
POSITION INFO:
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise platforms and applications
- Own and present system solution designs to IT leadership and system owners
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
- Ensure delivery meets quality, performance, security, and compliance standards
- Produce and maintain system and technical documentation (ISO‑aligned)
- Contribute actively in daily stand‑ups and Agile ceremonies
- Coach and support fellow engineers and users through knowledge sharing and training
- Compile user and operational manuals
Experience
- Senior full‑stack capability, with a strong backend focus
- Deep expertise in Java (11+/17+), Spring Boot, RESTful and event‑driven services
- Proven experience designing scalable, secure backend systems in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, integrations, async processing, and APIs
- Solid front‑end exposure with Angular (v14+) and TypeScript
- Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL, data modelling, and performance optimisation
- Cloud‑native mindset with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerised deployments
- Strong CI/CD and automated testing experience (JUnit, integration tests, pipelines)
- Proven delivery in Agile / AWM environments
- Ability to communicate effectively across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
- Participate in system audits, risk identification, and mitigation activities
- 6+ years professional experience in enterprise software development
- Proven delivery within complex, global IT landscapes
- Demonstrated senior ownership through:
- Backend and solution architecture responsibility
- Technical decision‑making
- Code quality, performance, and system stability
