What You’ll Do

As a Fulfillment & Finishing Associate, you’ll spend approximately 75% of your time supporting fulfillment operations and 25% assisting in the finishing department. Your work will help ensure products are accurately prepared, finished, and delivered to customers on time and to the highest quality standards.

Fulfillment Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare wood moldings and millwork products for shipment.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before shipment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory in the fulfillment area.
  • Accurately complete shipping paperwork and prepare orders according to customer specifications.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Assist with inventory control, restocking, and material movement throughout the facility.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Finishing Responsibilities

  • Assist with sanding, staining, painting, and finishing wood products.
  • Support finishing technicians with material preparation and product handling.
  • Help maintain finishing equipment and work areas.
  • Inspect products to ensure appearance and quality standards are met.
  • Follow finishing procedures and production schedules to meet customer expectations.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping, warehouse, manufacturing, or wood products environments is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a dependable work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Comfortable with basic math, measurements, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Forklift certification is a plus (training provided).
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn multiple areas of the operation.
  • Ability to wear a respirator and comply with the company’s respiratory protection program, including medical evaluation, training, and fit testing requirements.

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Regular lifting, standing, walking, and material handling.
  • Use of PPE required (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and respirators when preforming finishing-related duties etc.).
  • Occasional use of hand and power tools.
  • Exposure to wood dust, paints, stains, coatings, and finishing materials.
  • Typical work hours are 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with schedules adjusted as needed to meet production demands and customer commitments.
