About The Job
- The FTTX Manager (Projects) is responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of fiber optic network projects (FTTH/FTTB/FTTC). The role ensures timely completion, quality compliance, cost control, and effective coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage end-to-end FTTX project deployment.
- Coordinate with survey, design, and implementation teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor daily progress and resolve project issues proactively.
- Manage contractors and vendors to ensure quality execution.
- Track material usage and control project costs.
- Ensure proper documentation (as-built, reports, trackers).
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
- Ensure all requests and approvals are supported with proper trackers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications / Electronics / Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in fiber network projects.
