Responsibilities

1. Supervise on-site construction activities, including fiber cable laying, splicing, splitter/cabinet installation, and equipment setup.
2. Ensure project quality, safety, and progress meet design and standard requirements.
3. Coordinate subcontractor work plans, materials, and manpower to achieve timely delivery.
4. Conduct site inspections, prepare daily/weekly progress and quality reports.
5. Support troubleshooting, technical guidance, and corrective actions for on-site issues.
6. Implement and monitor EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) compliance at all sites.
7. Manage and organize construction documents for project acceptance and audit.

Qualifications

1. Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields.
2. Minimum 1 year of telecom field experience, preferably in FTTH/FTTX projects.
3. Solid understanding of ODN network structure, fiber splicing/testing, and construction standards.
4. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
5. Able to work under pressure and travel frequently for on-site work.
6. EHS or telecom vendor certification (Huawei, ZTE, FiberHome, etc.) is an advantage.
