A prestigious 5-star game lodge and spa based in Limpopo is seeking a polished, professional, and service-oriented Front Office and Spa Receptionist to join their dynamic hospitality team. - Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing
- Ensure exceptional guest service at all times
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Minimum Requirements
- Experience with OPERA hotel management system (essential)
- Hospitality qualification
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Computer literate (hotel systems experience advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
