Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and business partners.
- Welcome guests professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor arrangements, and office hospitality.
- Support travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation coordination.
- Assist with organizing company events, customer visits, and business activities.
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a professional office environment.
- Accompany management or business teams on occasional domestic business trips when required.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Proficient in both English and Swahili.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, customer service, administration, or hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Excellent customer service mindset and ability to interact with people from different cultural backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Chinese or additional local languages will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
