Role Description
Bold Routes is seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent to join our on-site team in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for client consultations, showcasing and selling properties, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining property listings, and establishing strong relationships with clients to provide an exceptional real estate experience.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License and proficiency in real estate laws and practices
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to address client inquiries with professionalism and care
- Proven experience in real estate sales and property transactions
- Knowledge of real property regulations and market trends
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
- Proficiency in using real estate software and tools
