We are looking for talented and motivated Graduate Engineers to join our global operations. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production/Industrial Engineering who are eager to launch their careers in a dynamic, international industrial environment.
As part of our global engineering team, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple functions, contribute to operational excellence, and develop your technical and professional skills through real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, optimization, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and production systems
- Assist in analyzing production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance
- Participate in maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to automation, digitalization, and energy efficiency projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, quality, supply chain)
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare technical reports
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Profile & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Industrial / Production Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience (internships and academic projects included)
- Basic knowledge of engineering tools (CAD, automation systems, or process improvement methods)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a global, multicultural environment
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluent in English (French or other languages are a plus)
