Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Freelancer Broker professional at Bold for Real Estate Investment. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, presenting property investment opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The Freelancer Sales professional will conduct virtual meetings, maintain regular communication with prospects, and provide timely follow-ups to ensure a positive client experience. Day-to-day tasks include understanding client investment goals, coordinating with internal teams to gather property information, preparing sales proposals, and updating the CRM with accurate records. The role also includes reaching sales targets, contributing to sales strategies, and staying informed about market trends and property offerings.
