Job Summary
A national financial services franchise network is seeking experienced Franchise Principals specialising in Life Insurance Advisory and Financial Planning.
This opportunity is ideal for entrepreneurial financial services leaders with strong recruitment capability, franchise management experience, and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing advisory teams.
Successful candidates will be responsible for franchise growth, advisor recruitment, leadership, and personal production within the life insurance advisory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop, and manage Financial Advisors.
- Drive franchise growth and advisor productivity.
- Build and manage a personal client portfolio.
- Mentor and coach Financial Advisors.
- Implement sales and performance management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with FAIS and regulatory requirements.
- Build strategic referral and business networks.
- Lead a high-performance advisory environment.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen.
- Matric / Grade 12.
- RE5 qualification essential.
- NQF Level 5 (120 FAIS credits).
- COB completed or DOFA compliant.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Life Insurance Advisory and Financial Planning.
- Minimum 5 years’ leadership or management experience.
- Previous experience as a Franchise Principal, Branch Manager, Regional Manager, Provincial Manager, or similar role.
- Proven recruitment experience of Financial Advisors is non-negotiable.
- Previous franchise environment experience is essential.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
- Must meet FAIS Fit and Proper requirements.
