Framer / Exterior Finish Carpenter
We are seeking a skilled Framer / Exterior Finish Carpenter to join our team. This position involves framing structures and completing exterior finishes with precision and quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced, and takes pride in their work.
Framer Responsibilities:
- Construct and install wood or metal framing for walls, floors, roofs, and structures
- Install exterior finishes including siding, trim, soffit, fascia, and decking
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
- Ensure structures are level, square, and built to code
- Install windows, doors, and exterior components
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team
Framer Requirements:
- 2+ years of framing and/or exterior carpentry experience
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and perform labor-intensive tasks
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Framer Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with framing
- Knowledge of roofing basics and exterior finishing systems
- General carpentry skills

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
