**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction techniques and be proficient in using a variety of tools to frame structures accurately and efficiently.
**Duties:**
– Measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal frames according to blueprints and specifications
– Install structures such as windows, doors, and staircases
– Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion within deadlines
– Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and complies with building codes
– Perform tasks involving heavy lifting and working at heights
**Qualifications:**
– Experience in framing or related fields
– Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for construction projects
– Knowledge of construction management principles is a plus
– Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
– Familiarity with roof construction
– Previous experience as a carpenter or framer is preferred
