Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Foreign Procurement Specialist located in Badr City. The role involves managing procurement processes, handling and issuing purchase orders, evaluating and maintaining relationships with international suppliers, negotiating contracts, analyzing procurement needs, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services necessary for company operations. The incumbent will collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with business goals and maintain compliance with company standards and regulations.
Qualifications
- (2-3) years of experience in foreign purchases/procurement. (MUST)
- Bachelor's of Science, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or any related field.
- Strong background in pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and any additional languages (especially relevant to supplier regions) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
