Role Description
This is a full-time consultant role located in Caper Town. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in implementing and maintaining food safety and quality management systems. Key responsibilities include managing and maintaining management systems and preparation for audits, preparing reports, developing strategies for improvement, and providing tailored consulting services to ensure adherence to food safety standards by our clients. You will work closely with clients to address specific needs while contributing to their continuous improvement efforts and successful certification.
Qualifications
- Food Science/Tech degree and experience in the Food Industry,
- Proficiency in Food Safety practices and Quality Assurance methodologies,
- Expertise or experience with auditing and handling certification audits s a plus,
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills,
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with clients,
- Experience with ISO management systems and certifications is an advantage,
- HACCP based qualification is a plus.
Other Must Have Requirements:
- Own Transport
- Located in Cape Town (No relocation assistance available)
- English and Afrikaans proficient
- Availability to start in August 2026.
