Charleston Specialty Foods is hiring Full-Time Food Production Associates for our food manufacturing facility in Charleston.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Experience is helpful, but not required. We are looking for dependable team members with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a consistent work history.
Responsibilities
- Fill, weigh, and seal food products
- Label and package products for distribution
- Pack customer orders for shipment and delivery
- Perform quality checks on products, packaging, and labeling
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with FDA regulations
- Assist with other production and warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual with dependable transportation
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to read and write English proficiently
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
