Wilcox Farms is currently seeking exceptional candidates for our sanitation position at our Roy, WA, location. This position performs the day to day CIP operations:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Works as a member of the sanitation crew in its nightly operations in our Shell Grading Plant, Liquid or Hard-boiled Processing plant and Assist hard cooked night shift packaging
Disassembles parts of the processing equipment, sanitizes them, and reassembles them.
Washes and sanitizes all processing equipment, meeting or exceeding FDA/USDA standards.
Washes floors, walls, and bathrooms of the plant.
Inspect and package eggs when assisting Hard Cooked plant night shift
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Required Education and/or Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, and Spanish (desired).
Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, and problem solving skills.
Preferred Education and/or Experience
Handle multiple priorities and effectively prioritize tasks and projects.
Sanitation experience in a food manufacturing environment. (Preferred)
HAACP, GMP, and BRC experience. (Preferred)
Certifications
No certifications required
Skills Ability
to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Physical requirements:
able to stand, bend, reach, walk, fine manipulate for extended periods of time
able to work with chemicals
able to lift up to 40 lbs consistently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
