As food and Beverage Manager you’ll oversee all aspects of restaurants, bars, & events ensuring outstanding service, innovative menus, & efficient operations. You’ll inspire & manage a talented team, maintain high quality standards, & drive revenue growth while delivering unforgettable guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • SA national or valid work permit
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within 4-5
    * branded hotels
  • Minimum Grade 12 / NQF 4
  • Tertiary hospitality qualification desired
  • Expert in hotel operating systems, costings, compliance, best practices, global F&B trends & financials including P&L
