We are continuing our search for an exceptional Food & Beverage Manager to join our team in Zanzibar.

The Zanzibar Collection is an award-winning collection of four boutique luxury resorts located on the idyllic southeast coast of Zanzibar. Renowned for exceptional hospitality, authentic island experiences and highly personalized service, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operations and deliver consistently memorable dining experiences.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a full-time, on-site senior leadership position based in Zanzibar. Reporting to senior management, you will oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, profitability and team performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage all Food & Beverage outlets and day-to-day operations
• Drive exceptional guest experiences through outstanding and personalized service delivery
• Recruit, coach, mentor and inspire a high-performing F&B team
• Maintain consistently high standards of food, beverage and service quality
• Manage departmental budgets, stock controls, costs and profitability
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and other Heads of Department to continually enhance the overall guest experience
• Ensure full compliance with health, hygiene and safety standards
REQUIREMENTS
✔ Minimum 3–5 years' management experience within a luxury 5-star hotel or international resort
✔ Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
✔ Proven leadership, communication and people management skills
✔ Strong commercial awareness with sound financial and operational knowledge
✔ Excellent knowledge of food, wine, beverages and international service standards
✔ Experience with MICROS, Symphony and/or OPERA systems will be a distinct advantage
✔ Fluency in English is essential… additional foreign languages and/or working knowledge of Swahili would be advantageous
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
• USD 1,500 – 2,000 per month, dependent on experience
• Minimum two-year contract
