We are seeking a warm, well-presented and guest-focused Food and Beverage Host to welcome and seat guests while creating a positive and professional first impression. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a busy environment and understands the importance of attentive, personalised service.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a host, hostess, reception or guest-facing role within hospitality
- Experience working in a restaurant, hotel or high-volume environment preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-presented with a professional and friendly manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- South African ID or valid work permit
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the restaurant with a warm and professional approach
- Manage reservations, waitlists and table allocations efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated
- Communicate effectively with the restaurant and kitchen teams to manage service flow
- Handle guest enquiries and special requests with care and attention
- Maintain a clean, organised and inviting host station and entrance area
- Assist in creating a positive dining atmosphere through excellent guest interaction
- Support the team in delivering a seamless and enjoyable dining experience
