Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure visibility of company products in shops, streets, supermarkets, and open markets within the area assigned.
  • Track individual and team sales performance; provide feedback and coaching.
  • Implement daily and weekly sales plans and ensure the same for your sales team.
  • Hand key client issues and interactions and resolve escalated issues.
  • Prepare and present sales report on a weekly basis to management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities and provide feedback to management.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales with at least one year in a supervisory or team-leading position, and should know how to work in the role of ASM in bringing on primary sales orders from distributors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a small team.
  • Experience in the oil, seasoning, and cube market.
