The Flexi Timer Sales Assistant is a permanent position of 28 hours guaranteed work a week with the option of being flexed up to 40 hours a week should the business require it. Flexis are offered a basic monthly salary + flexi hours (if applicable) + variable pay incentives based on the achievements of certain targets. Flexi’s must be available to work weekends and be fully available during the festive season.
The ideal candidate must:
– Be computer literate
– Have strong attention to detail
– Have good communication skills
– Be able to give good, friendly service
– Have common sense and show initiative
– Be able to work under pressure
– Be neat and organised
– Enjoy gift wrapping and making gifts look pretty
