Summary
Sales Executive – Fleet Sales is responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding needs, and offering suitable products and services that drive sales and loyalty.
Tasks
- Sell standard products and services to customers.
- Identify potential customers through information gathering, referrals, recommendations, and participation in business events.
- Collect varied and somewhat complex customer information and input it into required systems and processes.
- Enter relevant information into the CRM system after each customer contact to ensure quality customer data.
- Respond to basic issue escalations promptly and provide managerial approvals as required.
- Record and process custom or special orders, often with ambiguous delivery expectations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; strong sales experience is an asset.
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven ability to work independently.
