YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Flavours Activity Manager of the company, you will have administrative responsibility for a client portfolio in Northwest Africa.
In general, you participate in the development of Argeville for the strategic zone.
Location to be defined based on the candidate's profile.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Leads and develops the client portfolio in Northwest Africa
- Responsible for sales growth and profitability of this area
- Defines and implements the commercial strategic roadmap per country in line with company guidelines
- Monitors competitors and analyzes the area’s needs in food flavorings
- Ensures internal coordination (Customer Service, Operations, R&D, Regulatory, Logistics, Marketing)
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Sales
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Flavours industry in Northwest Africa
- Experience in managing and leading a sales team
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of the natural ingredients and flavors market
- Rigorous, responsible and autonomous
