Role Responsibilities

Provide expert input on firefighting and fire prevention protocols to support AI training model development.
Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and realism in AI-driven simulations.
Review and validate fire emergency scenarios, response strategies, and prevention measures used in training datasets.
Communicate operational insights clearly in written and verbal formats to improve model performance.
Identify gaps in AI training content and recommend improvements based on real-world supervisory experience.
Ensure training content aligns with industry standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in virtual meetings to review project progress and share firefighting best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience serving as a First-Line Supervisor of Firefighting and Prevention Workers.
Deep understanding of fire suppression, rescue operations, and prevention strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong clarity and accuracy.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when reviewing training materials.
Ability to collaborate remotely and provide actionable feedback to technical and non-technical teams.
Comfortable using digital collaboration tools and contributing to AI or technology-driven projects.
Demonstrated commitment to safety standards, ethics, and professional development.
Experience developing firefighting or emergency service training materials preferred.
Familiarity with AI, simulation, or training technology platforms preferred.
Certification in fire service education or a related field preferred.
